Joris van de Bunt MRE, assigned civil law notary, is a member of the Real Estate team, the Energy team and Team Project Development. He specializes in real estate law and is focusing on project development and transaction related to real estate and renewable energy.
About Joris van de Bunt
Joris is best known for his expertise in the field of renewable energy projects. From the early emergence of these projects in the Netherlands, he has gathered knowledge and expertise within Loyens & Loeff to support these projects. He is co-founder of the Solar Team. In addition, he has developed a model deed for the Dutch Banking Association, which is broadly used and has significantly improved the financiability of solar projects in the Netherlands.
Another important part of his practice consists of real estate project development and transactions.
His clients include property project developers, financial institutions and investors.
