Harmen mainly advises French companies and French investors (private equity funds/real estate funds/others) with the structuring and the reorganisation of their cross-border investments. He also assists them with regard to exchange of information issues, joint ventures, mergers and takeovers, venture capital funds and other investment funds as well as international real estate investments.
Harmen is registered as a lawyer with the Paris Bar (“avocat”). He is a regular speaker at seminars and conferences and lectures at the ESCP Business School in Paris and at the Université de Bourgogne – Centre de recherches fiscales in Dijon.
