David specialises in corporate law, focussing on (cross-border) mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and private equity transactions. David maintains a broad corporate M&A practice and advises both corporates and (international) private equity firms on transactions and corporate matters in a large variety of sectors with a particular focus on private equity and M&A transactions within the real estate and hotels & leisure sectors.
Before joining the Corporate/M&A practice group, David was a member of the Real Estate practice group, where he advised developers and investors on acquisitions and disposals of (turnkey) (re)developments of large-scale residential and non-residential buildings, as well as bio science and mixed-use projects.
