RE Infrastructure Opportunities fund acquires a 61.7 MWp photovoltaic project in the Netherlands.

We are proud to have advised re:cap global investors and RE Infrastructure Opportunities fund in all legal and tax aspects of the acquisition by the latter of an operational solar farm in the Netherlands.

RE Infrastructure Opportunities fund acquires a 61.7 MWp photovoltaic project in the Netherlands.

The Exloo solar park has a capacity of 61.7 MWp and increases the fund's portfolio to 300 MW. In total, the park can supply 19,700 households with renewable energy and thus save around 34,100 tonnes of CO2 per year.

The lead lawyers for this project were Victor van Nuland and Konstantina Antoniou. They were assisted by Roland de Vlam, Victor van Ahee, Joris van de Bunt, Jan de Heer, Robert Veenhoven, Amit Havenaar and Li Shao Wu.

This transaction is another example of our Energy & Intrastructure Team’s continued involvement in renewable energy transactions.
