New partners appointed at Loyens & Loeff
The following employees have joined Loyens & Loeff N.V. as partners on 1 January 2016:
Mr Joost van Helvoirt is a tax adviser and since his employment in 2004 member of the National Corporate practice group. From 2006 to 2008 he worked in the Frankfurt office. In addition to his work for National Corporate clients, Joost also provides a valuable contribution to the Loyens & Loeff German Desk. He specialises in interest deduction limitations and the innovation box.
Mrs Sietske van ‘t Hooftis an attorney and member of the Banking & Finance practice group. Sietske has been working as an attorney at Loyens & Loeff since 2005, and specialises in asset finance (including asset based lending, real estate finance and ship finance) and regulated sectors (such as healthcare). She is a lecturer in real estate finance at the Grotius Academy.
Mr Vincent van der Lans has been a tax adviser since his employment in 2005. He focuses on North-American businesses with activities in the Netherlands, mergers and acquisitions, as well as financing issues. In 2008, he was seconded to an American law firm in New York, and he worked at the Loyens & Loeff office in New York from 2008 to 2011.
Mr Lonne Rooseboom is part of the Real Estate practice group as an attorney. Since his employment in 2004, Lonne has focused on overseeing national and international real estate transactions, as well as consulting on related legal issues.
Mrs Mijke Sinninghe Damsté is an attorney and a member of the Litigation & Risk Management practice group. Since her employment in 2005, Mijke has specialised mainly in corporate and finance litigation. Mijke has a strong focus on (potential) conflicts within the company, i.e. shareholder conflicts and conflicts between shareholders and the Executive and/or Advisory Board, as well as liability of executives and Advisory Board members.
