Before joining Loyens & Loeff, David spent seven years with De Roos & Pen Strafrecht Advocaten and also has extensive experience of conducting (internal) investigations. Added to the above, David specialises in the following two fields: the confiscation of unlawfully obtained gains and cybercrime. The Corporate Investigations team focuses on (internal) investigations into irregularities involving companies, compliance issues, and financial and economic criminal law.
