Loyens & Loeff Nederlands juridisch adviseur voor Fiat Chrysler Automobiles N.V. en Ferrari N.V. bij afsplitsing van Ferrari en notering ervan op Italiaanse beurs
Op 3 januari 2016 voltooide de autogroep Fiat Chrysler Automobiles N.V. de afsplitsing van de Ferrari-activiteiten van FCA. Op 4 januari 2016 werd Ferrari N.V. toegelaten tot de handel in Milaan (MTA).
Loyens & Loeff trad op als Nederlands vennootschaps- en belastingadviseur voor FCA en Ferrari en was onder meer betrokken bij de verschillende Nederlandse juridische splitsings- en fusiestappen die nodig waren voor de splitsing, alsmede bij het opstellen en goedkeuren van het prospectus voor de notering van Ferrari aan MTA.
Het kernteam van Loyens & Loeff bestond uit Peter Corten, Guido Portier, Ruud van Bork, Michel van Agt, Wouter Kros en Jelmer Kalisvaart (corporate / ECM); en Bert van der Poel en Patrick van Oppen (tax).
