DWS Grundbesitz GmbH on the acquisition of the office building locally known as “Rivierstaete” in Amsterdam from Vastint Netherlands, being the largest single asset deal of 2018 for a value of EUR 228,000,000, consisting of 30.000 square meter and 330 parking lots.
