Loyens & Loeff advised the sellers BinckBank N.V., a Netherlands-based company and provider of online brokerage services to professional and private customers including asset managers and equity trading companies and Flow Traders N.V., a Netherlands-based company that provides liquidity to markets, issuers, and investors in various exchange traded products (ETPs) worldwide and the management of Think ETF, together on the disposal of their stakes, respectively 60%, 24% and 16%, in Think ETF Asset Management B.V., a Netherlands-based asset management company, to Van Eck Associates Corporation, a US-based employee owned investment manager.
