Loyens & Loeff advised Antin Infrastructure Partners sells stake in Eurofiber to PGGM

Loyens & Loeff assisted Antin as legal and tax counsel on the sale of a stake in Eurofiber to PGGM and regarding Antin’s renewed commitment as majority shareholder.

Eurofiber is the largest independent provider of fixed telecom infrastructure dedicated to business customers (B2B) in the Netherlands and Belgium. Through its 37,000 km fibre-optic network, connecting over 12,000 unique locations, Eurofiber is a provider of critical telecom infrastructure for the Dutch and Belgian economies, connecting utility networks, mobile networks, business parks and public entities.
