Loyens & Loeff advised AAC Capital as lead counsel on the cross-border acquisition and financing of the acquisition by Outdoor Living Group of Verasol

Loyens & Loeff advised AAC Capital as lead counsel on the cross-border acquisition and financing of the acquisition by Outdoor Living Group of Verasol. The add-on acquisition has been financed with a combination of equity and external debt, made available by Rabobank under an amended and restated credit facility.

Loyens & Loeff has assisted AAC and Outdoor Living Group with negotiating the amendments to the credit agreement, security agreements and other finance documents and coordinated the overall closing of the transaction.
