Berlin Hyp provided term loan to Matrix Innovation Center

We assisted Berlin Hyp on the EUR 75,000,000 long-term loan provided to Matrix Innovation Center.

The financing is based on a portfolio of six existing buildings and one construction project. The properties include offices and labs and are located on the Amsterdam Science Park. The existing properties comprise 16.764 square metres of office space and 7.403 square metres of lab space. The new build property will encompass 6.859 square metres of office space and 2.987 square metres of lab space and is set to receive a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ label.
