Loyens & Loeff assisted Hannover Leasing and its Asian institutional partner in the acquisition of Immobilière du Royal Rogier SCS, owning the “Covent Garden” office building in Brussels
Loyens & Loeff assisted the buyer in all aspects of the acquisition:
• Structuring of the acquisition and of its financing
• Full tax and legal due diligence
• Negotiation of the acquisition documents (SPA and ancillary documents)
• Negotiation of the JV agreement and of the asset management agreement
Covent Garden is the second largest deal of 2014 in Belgium.
