Gianluca Kreuze, attorney at law, is a member of the Finance practice group. He is co-head of the Private Equity team. His work focuses on domestic and international private equity matters including secured lending.
Gianluca focuses on cross-border finance transactions with particular expertise in leveraged finance and fund finance. He is often consulted for structuring and documenting of debt finance transactions with an emphasis on leveraged finance and follow-on recapitalisations and other corporate finance transactions. He represents private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies, financial institutions and alternative finance providers across all tiers of the debt capital structure.
He has also worked in the firm’s London office where he mainly dealt with asset-backed and structured finance transactions.
