Alina joined the Corporate Practice Group of Loyens & Loeff Luxembourg in July 2020 and focuses on private equity and M&A transactions with an international angle. In her practice, she advises private equity firms in every stage of the investment life cycle, from initial structuring to acquisition and until exit. She also advises regularly on management incentive plans and carried interest matters.
Prior to joining Loyens & Loeff, she worked as a corporate lawyer in one of the largest Romanian law firms.
