He advises businesses on setting up and maintaining domestic and international structures, mergers and acquisitions, group reorganisations and joint ventures. He also advises businesses in the structuring of international activities in the oil and gas sector. Martijn publishes regularly in professional journals; he is a contributing author to the Vakstudie Nieuws. He teaches tax law for the Law Firm School.
Martijn is a member of the Dutch Association of Tax Advisers (Nederlandse Orde van Belastingadviseurs NOB) and a member of the Association for Tax Research (Vereniging voor Belastingwetenschap).
