Loyens & Loeff advised a consortium of investors led by Cedar Capital Partners, on the acquisition of Monumental Bricks B.V. (currently renamed YCH Property B.V.), a Netherlands-based company engaged in operating the Lloyd Hotel in Amsterdam, from Veenboer en Dochters B.V. for a total value of EUR 44 million.
