• Advising a licensed insurer on the critical outsourcing of its back office software administration system to multiple suppliers;
• Advising Willis Towers Watson (WTW) on the sale of WTW's premium pension institution (PPI) LifeSight in the Netherlands to Athora Netherlands;
• Advising a multinational on setting up and executing a competitive tender for an IT outsourcing contract;
• Advising a multinational on the development and maintenance of software, including open source and third party software use and the licensing structure with the end users;
• Advising Bregal Unthernehmerskapital on multiple M&A deals; and
• Advising a multinational managed cloud hosting and security provider on multiple disputes with its suppliers.
