Vera is an associate in the corporate department of Loyens & Loeff Luxembourg.
Vera advises on corporate law in the context of domestic and cross-border corporate restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity transactions
Before joining Loyens & Loeff, Vera acquired significant experience in commercial and employment law, including corporate restructurings, and civil and tax litigation working for a leading law firm and a Big Four affiliated law firm in Prague, as well as in international arbitration working for a highly regarded German arbitration boutique law firm in Hamburg.
Vera was admitted to the Czech Bar in 2016 and to List IV of the Luxembourg Bar in 2018.
