Natasja Brusik, attorney at law, is a member of the Competition & Regulatory practice group. She specialises in European and Dutch competition and food law. Natasja has experience in proceedings before the European Commission, the Authority for Consumers & Markets, the Dutch Healthcare Authority and the judiciary; she also has experience in advising on the application of European and Dutch competition rules (ban on cartels, ban on the abuse of a dominant position and merger control). Furthermore, she advises companies in the food sector on the implementation of European and Dutch food law. She is also a member of the Benelux Food & Beverages Team and the Corporate Investigations Team.
Natasja is a member of the Competition Law Association (Vereniging voor Mededingingsrecht), the Dutch Association for Food Law (Nederlandse Vereniging voor Levensmiddelenrecht - NVLR) and the European Food Law Association (EFLA). She regularly gives lectures on competition law and food law.
