Natalja Taillefer, counsel, is a member of the Investment Management Practice Group in our Luxembourg office. She focuses on securitisation and fund finance transactions.

Natalja advises her clients on a broad range of banking and finance matters with an emphasis on securitisation and structured finance transactions, as well as fund finance. She has extensive experience in representing originators, issuers and investors (including financial institutions, investment funds and large corporates) in cross-border securitisations covering various classes of assets.
Natalja offers regulatory expertise with regard to both domestic and European law securitisation issues. In particular, as a member of the working group of the Luxembourg Capital Markets Association, she has worked on the position paper in relation to the application of the EU Securitisation Regulation.
Natalja has written numerous articles to keep her clients informed of the latest trends in the areas of securitisation and structured finance.
Prior to joining Loyens & Loeff in 2011, Natalja practiced in a major international law firm operating in the Baltic States and Finland.
