Maïder joined Loyens & Loeff as an associate in the Investment Management Practice Group in 2016. She advises fund sponsors on the structuring, formation and regulatory compliance of investment funds and their management companies. In particular, she assists global asset managers with the establishment of alternative investment funds (regulated and non-regulated), with a particular focus on private equity, real estate and infrastructure funds.
