Martijn Rongen, Senior Legal Counsel, is a member of the Finance practice group.
He advises on financing and securities law. He has taught and performed research at the Radboud University of Nijmegen. Martijn regularly teaches and publishes articles on financing and security rights. He obtained his PhD in 2012 from the Radboud University of Nijmegen with the topic of the assignment of claims in financial transactions, focusing on securitisations.
