Judith Raijmakers, attorney at law, is a member of the Banking & Finance practice.
She specialises in banking and finance law and acts for banks, financial institutions, large corporates and investors in various types of cross-border finance transactions, such as acquisition financings, asset financings, real estate and transportation financings, debt (re)structuring and debt issuances. She also advises a large number of leading banks and institutions on financial regulatory matters and acts as soundboard for various national and foreign experts and authorities on financial regulatory matters.
Before joining Loyens & Loeff Luxembourg, Judith worked for 8 years in the Amsterdam and Paris offices of a major global law firm.
She is a member of The Luxembourg Bankers' Association (ABBL).
Judith was admitted to the Amsterdam Bar in 2000 and to the Luxembourg Bar in 2009.
Judith is a member of the Region Team Latin America and visits the region on a frequent basis.
