Jean-Pierre Winandy, attorney, Ph D., is a former partner of Loyens & Loeff Luxembourg where he headed the Tax practice group. He is also the former chairman of the Luxembourg Management Committee.
He has more than 32 years experience advising international and national corporate and private clients. He specialises in litigation (in tax matters) and corporate law. He has experience as an auditor and chartered accountant.
Jean-Pierre is the former Chairman of the Board of the Luxembourg section of the International Fiscal Association (IFA). He is also a member of the International Bar Association (IBA).
He is an Assistant Professor at the University of Luxembourg where he teaches tax law and corporate law.
