Arco C.P. Bobeldijk (1973), tax adviser, is a member of the general Tax practice group. He mainly advises domestic and foreign-listed firms, as well as privately owned companies, on mergers and acquisitions and corporate structure. In the case of privately owned companies, he is involved in advising the shareholders. He is a member of the Corporate restructuring & Insolvency team and advises clients on (financial) restructuring. He is also a member of the Public Enterprises team and advises governments on the consequences of introducing corporate income tax liability.
Arco is a professor of Corporate Tax at the Nyenrode Business University and a member of the Nyenrode Corporate Governance Institute. He speaks regularly at seminars, has written numerous articles, and is a regular contributor to two leading Dutch (fiscal) publications.
