About Tony Vermeulen
Tony Vermeulen, attorney at law, is a senior associate at the Litigation & Risk Management practice group at Loyens & Loeff. He specialises in commercial litigation and advises private companies on commercial contracts, including civil/commercial law and insolvency law. He frequently acts as counsel in complex international commercial disputes, both in regular court and before (international) arbitral tribunals. This often includes complex attachments and enforcement proceedings. He also advises and litigates in disputed claims against trustees in bankruptcies and he has a large experience dealing with civil law aspects of administrative law.
From September 2015 to September 2016, Tony was seconded as visiting lawyer to the law firm of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP in New York City, one of the leading litigation firms in the United States.
