Robert Veenhoven

Robert Veenhoven, senior tax adviser, is a member of the Investment Management practice group in our Amsterdam office. He advises fund managers, in particular, active in the fields of Private Equity, Venture Capital and Infrastructure, on fund formation, management participations and deal structuring.

About Robert Veenhoven

Robert Veenhoven specialises in (international) tax aspects of investment fund formation, management participations and deal structuring. He is actively involved in the Private Equity team of Loyens & Loeff. He further has a special interest in the tax aspects of financing transactions. On behalf of the Dutch IFA branch, he is the author of the IFA Cahier 2019 “Interest Deductibility: Implementation of BEPS Action 4”. From 2016 through 2017, he was seconded to our London office to work on a variety of international transactions.
