About Matthew Monrooij
Matthew specialises in commercial real estate transactions and advises investors, project developers, financial institutions and other parties with the acquisition, sale and (re)development of commercial real estate and supervises (mortgage) enforcement procedures of registered property on a regular basis. In his practice he works closely together with tax advisers and attorneys at law of the Real Estate, Banking & Finance and Litigation & Risk Management practice groups of Loyens & Loeff.
