Mark Brabers

Mark Brabers, attorney-at-law, is a member of the Competition & Regulatory practice group in our Amsterdam office. He is an expert in competition law (cartel prohibition, merger control and abuse of dominance).

About Mark Brabers

Mark studied political science and European law at the Radboud University, VU Amsterdam and the University of Amsterdam and graduated cum laude. Before starting at Loyens & Loeff, he was a trainee at DG Competition of the European Commission. Mark has broad experience in representing clients before the Dutch Competition Authority, the European Commission and several courts. He used to work in the finance practice of Loyens & Loeff and (as such) he has a focus on the financial sector and legal tech. Mark regularly publishes in (academic) journals on competition law subjects.
