Marinus specialises in all matters relating to distribution, franchise and agency agreements.
Prior to working on the Litigation & Risk Management Practice Group, Marinus has worked in our Competition & Regulatory practice where he advised on foreign direct investment (FDI) screening, competition law (cartel prohibition, merger control, abuse of dominance and state aid law) and telecommunications law.
