Lucia Sahin, Dutch tax adviser, is a member of the international Tax practice group of Loyens & Loeff.
About Lucia Sahin
Lucia specialises in advising multinationals on Dutch and international corporate tax aspects. She focusses on international corporate and financial (re-)structuring, transfer pricing, including BAPAs, and IP structures. In relation to the BEPS project she is specifically knowledgeable on action 7 (permanent establishments), actions 8-10 (Aligning Transfer Pricing outcomes with Value Creation) and action 13 (Country-by-Country reporting). She worked in the New York office from 2007 to 2008.
Lucia teaches at the International Tax Center (ITC), in Leiden and the Dutch Association of Tax Advisers (NOB) and is a regular speaker on Transfer Pricing related topics.
Lucia is a member of the Transfer Pricing Team and the Region Teams Latin America and Spain.
