About Conny Delissen-Buijnsters
She is specialised in administrative (procedural) law in general and, in particular, zoning and environmental law including permit and enforcement procedures. Conny advises public authorities and private companies on projects regarding, inter alia, (re)development, (office) building transformation, environmental permitting and compliance and subsidies.
As a former partner at CMS, Conny has extensive experience and is appreciated by her clients both as a sparring partner in complex and sensitive legal and political situations and as a litigator in cases defending or opposing government decisions. Other relevant experience includes her role as chairperson of the complaints committees of several municipalities. Conny is a member of the Administrative Law Association, the Environment Law Association, the Environmental Lawyers Association as well as the Construction Law Association).
