With more than 20 years of extensive experience in corporate taxation, Christine advises domestic and international companies on analysing tax matters related to mergers and acquisitions, including spinoffs, restructurings, leveraged buyouts and joint ventures. She also specialises in private equity and investment funds transactions. Before joining the firm in May 2018, Christine was counsel in another independent law firm in Luxembourg.
