Antoine specialises in real estate transactions and taxation. He has a broad experience in structuring real estate investments in Belgium, and handles every accounting or tax topics related to funds structuring (e.g. tax forecasts, financing, corporate income tax, withholding taxes, real estate transfer taxes) or to the transaction itself (e.g. due diligence, deal structuring). He also advises clients on accounting and tax aspects of development projects or public-private partnerships. Antoine developed relevant expertise in the field of tourism and hotel industry as well. He joined Loyens & Loeff in 2012.
