Loyens & Loeff strengthens its Real Estate Practice Group with return of Joris van de Bunt
Amsterdam, 8 May 2017 – Loyens & Loeff, attorneys at law, tax advisers and civil law notaries, has strengthened its Real Estate Practice Group with the addition of Joris van de Bunt. Joris is an experienced senior civil-law notary who specialises in real estate development and transactions. He returns to Loyens & Loeff after a year and a half at another firm.

Jurriaan van der Stok, civil-law notary: “As transactions and forms of partnership in the real estate industry are becoming more and more complex and diverse, there is a growing need for integrated legal, tax and notary services. It is now increasingly common for us to assess feasibility analyses with both a lawyer and a tax specialist at an early stage. Loyens & Loeff stands out as a firm that offers the highest levels of expertise in all areas of law and taxation. With his extensive experience, Joris will play an important role in the further intensification of this integrated approach within our Real Estate Practice Group. We are delighted that he has returned to Loyens & Loeff.”
