Loyens & Loeff Luxembourg advised KKR in the sale of Webhelp

We advised the leading global investment firm KKR in the sale of the Webhelp group to Groupe Bruxelles Lambert. GBL was retained as the final bidder to acquire a majority stake in Webhelp on the basis of an enterprise value of EUR 2.4 billion.

We advised the leading global investment firm KKR in the sale of the Webhelp group, the global business process management and outsourcing solutions group, to Groupe Bruxelles Lambert (GBL). GBL was retained as the final bidder to acquire a majority stake in Webhelp on the basis of an enterprise value of EUR 2.4 billion.

The Loyens & Loeff team was led by Corporate M&A Partner Thierry Lohest and Mathilde Lattard, Counsel (Corporate M&A), with the support of Anastasiya Nikitina (Associate, Corporate M&A), and Alvaro Garrido Mesa (Senior Associate, Banking & Finance).
