We advised the leading global investment firm KKR in the sale of the Webhelp group, the global business process management and outsourcing solutions group, to Groupe Bruxelles Lambert (GBL). GBL was retained as the final bidder to acquire a majority stake in Webhelp on the basis of an enterprise value of EUR 2.4 billion.
