Amsterdam/Zurich, 1 June 2017 – Loyens & Loeff, a leading European business law firm, has appointed Marco Toni as partner. He primarily focuses on domestic and international merger and acquisitions, private equity and general corporate law.

Procedural changes in Belgian income tax law: increased importance of compliance

Willem Jarigsma, Managing Partner: “Since getting our license to practice Swiss law two years ago we have steadily been hiring high-level tax and legal specialists in Zurich. We celebrated our move into a bigger office just a few weeks ago which allows us to hire more legal talent. Marco shows our clients exactly what Loyens & Loeff is about: giving pragmatic advice with an international view. He is a great addition to our team and I congratulate Marco warmly on his appointment.”
