Loyens & Loeff advised Highbrook Investors acquired the buildings located at the Keizersgracht 159 - 167 Amsterdam for a value of EUR 15.5 million

Loyens & Loeff advised HighBrook on the acquisition of the buildings located at the Keizersgracht 159 – 167 in Amsterdam, which are party used as office and party as residential units, from AmTrust for a purchase price of EUR 15.5 million. Immediately following the acquisition, HighBrook sold part of the residential units (Leliegracht 27-2 and 27-3) to a private individual for a purchase price of EUR 1,050,000.
