Loyens & Loeff advised Cognizant on the acquisition of Hedera Consulting, a company specializing in business advisory and data analytics services across a number of industry sectors. The purchase further expands Cognizant's consulting, business insight and digital transformation capabilities for clients in Belgium and the Netherlands.

Loyens & Loeff expands in Switzerland with new Zurich office

Loyens & Loeff acted as Cognizant’s legal counsel on the above-mentioned transaction. The Loyens team consisted of Peter Corten, Robrecht Coppens, Wouter Kros, Henri Nelen, Youri Vink, Michel van Agt and Annemiek Houben.
