Loyens & Loeff and independent research and consultancy firm AF Advisors advised bunq B.V. as first European challenger bank to invest in residential mortgages. To fund its investments, bunq B.V. has entered into a partnership with Venn Hypotheken B.V., a subsidiary of Nationale-Nederlanden.
