Excellent results Loyens & Loeff in Chambers Europe 2018 rankings

Only firm with Tier 1 ranking in Tax in the Netherlands.

What are the international tax matters and regulatory issues for international trade?

Amsterdam, 9 March 2018 - Loyens & Loeff holds on to its top ranking position as leading business law firm in the Chambers Europe 2018 rankings. In the Tax category, Loyens & Loeff prolonged its Tier 1 ranking in its offices in the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg, making it the only firm with a Tier 1 ranking in Tax in the Netherlands. According to Chambers one source stated that Loyens & Loeff offers high quality across a wide range of tax matters and has an “incredibly bright team”, while another source added “they are very professional and very quick, giving top advice.”

In the categories Banking & Finance (Regulatory) and Capital Markets (Securitisation) the Dutch offices went up to Tier 1. In Energy & Natural Resources (Regulatory), Investment Funds, Real Estate and Transportation (Shipping) the Dutch offices continued their Tier 1 ranking. The Belgium office held on to the Tier 1 ranking for Energy.

Chambers gave our Dutch offices a Tier 2 ranking in the categories Dispute Resolution, Employment, Energy & Natural Resources (Transactional) and Healthcare. Belgium holds on to Tier 2 for Banking & Finance and Real Estate. The Luxembourg office was again rewarded with a Tier 2 ranking for Banking & Finance, Dispute Resolution and Investment Funds.
