Client feedback survey shows positive results

Client feedback is vital to deepen and strengthen the relationship with our clients and key to improve our services. As part of the Loyens & Loeff Client Feedback Programme, a selection of our clients was recently invited to give their input on our services. Such feedback is invaluable to our firm and we would like to express our gratitude for the clients that spend time and effort to share their thoughts.

The results of this client feedback survey were predominantly very positive. Respondents were particularly satisfied with our expertise, flexibility, relationship management and knowledge of their organization and industry. Together we will continue to work hard to maintain the trust of our clients and to provide them with the best possible service every day, paying extra attention to the feedback we have received from our clients.

Sustainable gesture

Prior to our survey, we announced that we would support Sinal do Vale by planting a tree for each completed questionnaire. Of course, this promise still stands. However, we decided to go one step further and double the number of trees to be planted to celebrate these good results.
