Marco Toni, Swiss and New York qualified attorney at law, is a partner in the Zurich office of Loyens & Loeff and heads the Swiss corporate/M&A practice group. Marco focuses on international M&A transactions, activism and takeover defence as well as general corporate, stock exchange and capital markets laws. He is an authorized issuers’ representative at the SIX Swiss Exchange. His clients include multinational enterprises and private equity funds.

Marco has extensive experience in assisting board of directors in activist campaigns and takeover situations and is a regular speaker at conferences on these topics. He is a member of the mergers & acquisition committee of the American Bar Association and the M&A committee of the International Bar Association.

Andreas Hinsen, attorney at law, is a local partner in our Zurich office. Andreas focuses mainly on private equity, domestic and international M&A transactions, corporate governance, restructurings as well as general corporate and stock exchange laws. Prior to joining Loyens & Loeff Andreas worked at a leading Swiss law firm as well as a leading New York law firm. His clients include private equity funds as well as national and multinational enterprises.
