Loyens & Loeff wins two awards during European Tax Awards 2018 held by ITR
Loyens & Loeff won two awards at the European Tax Awards 2018 ceremony organised by International Tax review on 17 May 2018 at the Savoy Hotel in London.

The two rewarded deals were Abengoa Restructuring for the category "European Tax Restructuring deal of the year" and Play Communications IPO as "European Telecommunications and Technology Tax deal of the year" which was also nominated in the category "European Capital Markets Tax Deal of the Year".
According to the organisers: "Europe's leading tax firms dominated this year's European Tax Awards through innovation and outstanding tax controversy management".
The Abengoa Restructuring deal had already been awarded during the IFLR European Awards Ceremony in April, along with the AnaCap Financial Europe High Yield one.
