Our Restructuring & Insolvency team supports bondholders, lenders, investors, debtors, shareholders, creditors, distressed companies, their management and principal stakeholders by providing assistance and tailor made advice in restructuring and insolvency situations. We regularly act on behalf of different interested parties making us aware of, and sensitive to the different interests at stake.


Broad expertise

We provide legal services in national and multi-jurisdictional restructurings and insolvencies, both in and out of court. We deal with various issues concerning the restructuring of debt, distressed financing and related matters, whether through equity cures, waiver preparations, enforcement of security rights by lenders or by other means.

We also advise companies or their stakeholders in debtor protection proceedings. We have been involved in most of the recent material Benelux and international restructurings involving Benelux companies and groups.
