Loyens & Loeff advised Round Hill Capital, a UK based real estate investment and management firm, on the disposal of the largest residential property portfolio in the Netherlands based on units, consisting of 9,544 houses, 12,100 sq m of commercial space and parking spaces, to Heimstaden AB for a total value of EUR 1,4 billion.
