Our history

1991 - Establishment of Loyens & Volkmaars

Our firm established its office in Luxembourg as a tax advisory firm only.

2003 - Establishment of Loyens Winandy

New partnership between Loyens Advocaten-Avocats and Jean-Pierre Winandy to establish a stronger law firm in Luxembourg.

2005 - Integration of Loyens & Loeff tax practice into Loyens Winandy

Loyens & Loeff and Loyens Winandy combine their tax practices to provide a larger range of services.

2008 - Name change into Loyens & Loeff

Loyens Winandy is renamed Loyens & Loeff. Its integrated law and tax advisory practice is also reinforced by the arrival of several high quality experts from the Luxembourg market.
