Marieke Kolsters, senior associate and deputy civil law notary, is a member of the Corporate practice group. Marieke has broad corporate experience both in advisory assignments and transactional work, predominately based on international matters with either a cross-border or multi-jurisdictional angle. She specialises in corporate law, healthcare related governance and transactions, private equity transactions and M&A with a focus on related notarial law. Marieke is one of the key members of the Loyens & Loeff Healthcare team as well as the Loyens & Loeff Life Sciences team. Marieke has been involved in setting up numerous national and international (tax-driven) acquisition and investment structures, joint-ventures and strategic alliances. Areas of expertise include corporate restructuring, reorganisations, (de)mergers, share/asset deals and advice on management and employee equity incentive schemes.
