Lucia Sahin, Dutch tax adviser, is a member of the international Tax practice group of Loyens & Loeff. She specialises in advising multinationals and private equity funds on Dutch and international corporate tax aspects. She focusses on international corporate and financial (re-)structuring, transfer pricing and IP structures with Spain and Latin America as her geographical focus. In relation to the BEPS project she is specifically knowledgeable on action 2 (regarding hybrid financial instruments), action 7 (permanent establishments), action 8 (IP and DEMPE functions) and action 13 (Country-by-Country reporting). She worked in the New York office from 2007 to 2008.
Lucia teaches on BEPS related subjects at the International Tax Center (ITC), Leiden and frequently speaks at conferences of the Latin American IFA branches. She is the author of several publications on tax issues.
Lucia is a member of the Region Teams Latin America and Spain. She, furthermore, is a member of the Dutch Association of Tax Advisers and the International Fiscal Association.
